At form-access page, when hover on the form name, suggest to
1)increase the width of the box, allow version text reveals at full-length, may be limit to version text with 20 characters.
2)include form id
At the checkbox, suggest to reveal the App user when hover on a checkbox.
What high-level problem are you trying to solve?
Information not shown in full when hover on the form name because the width is shorter than the content.
The app user header is not freeze on page. When there is plenty of forms and having to scrolling up and down the page to assign app user, it is easily to get lost track on the check-box's identity.
Any ideas on how ODK could help you solve it?
Apart from the workarounds mentioned above, probably need to rethink about remake the page so that it is manageable for user with plenty of forms and app users.
