I am using ODK Version 1.23.0 in android device and use excel sheet for the programming and then converted into XML.
The problem is when i am going to upload my from in the ODK Aggregate then it's showing an error "Form definition incomplete or missing" and "Download" and "Accept Submissions" options in the Aggregate server are being inactive. After uploading the from on the server the "Relevant" are not working properly.
