Form fail while sending to google-drive

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
Hi am Kebbie Musa am a new user of ODK . i created a form for my organisation to make survey. But after am through collecting the data of the survey. I want to send all the form to my goggle drive, but it keeps telling fail, which am so hurried about. Now i can't edit the form and it cant be sent too. Please help.

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
Bring an idea or solution to my problem. ( form fail during sending to drive.

I have tried but still not been successfull

Hi @Kebbie_Musa, I'm sorry to hear you're having this trouble. Did you follow the instructions at https://docs.getodk.org/collect-connect-google/ ?

  1. When you first created the form, did you specify a submission_url in your survey form?
  2. Do you have a Fallback submission URL configured in ODK Collect?
