Form Listing Failed

Hi...

I am trying to upload the forms onto ODK collect on the smartphones.
They are identical. On two of them it worked. On the other 2 I am
getting "form listing failed. Error: No peer certificate while
accessing https://..."

All 4 phones have worked in the past. Now I am trying to use them in
Ghana where in the past I was in the US.

Someone please help!

Rebooting the phones to factory settings and reinstalling collect fixed the
issue.
