Hi guys again, i have been trying to put a form logo, but not quite
successful
help please
If your form XML file is called 'simple.xml' then you would create a
'simple-media' folder, and place the form_logo.png within that folder.
I.e., you would end up with:
simple.xml
simple-media/form_logo.png
i.e., whatever your form filename is, you need to create a filename-media
directory, and place the form_logo.png file (and any multimedia files
referenced by the form definition) into that directory (no subdirectories
are allowed).
Then, you can use the FormUploader tool to select 'simple.xml' and upload
it and the contents of the simple-media folder up to your Aggregate server.
You will need an ODK Aggregate User with Form Manager permissions in order
to do this (or change your Site Admin/Permissions to grant the Anonymous
user Form Manager permissions).

Alternatively, if you are just copying directly to your ODK Collect device,
you would just copy the simple.xml and simple-media directory to the
/odk/forms directory.
Upon opening the form, the form_logo.png should be displayed.
