Frequent Disconnection error in ODK Google App Engine instance

Dear ODK Team,

I'm having Google App Engine(GAE) Instance for ODK Aggregate 1.0.1
with billing enabled in GAE.
I have more than two thousand records, when ever I log into the
account I'm getting "HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An
unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting
to fulfill the request." frequently.

Any ideas / suggestions on this would be deeply appreciated.

Please add me ( mitchellsundt@gmail.com ) as a Developer through the Goolge
AppEngine dashboard, via the Administration / Permissions link.
Please also add me as a Site Admin on the ODK Aggregate permissions page.

I'll take a look.
