I tried taking some video inside a ODK collect form with the subject camera
in the store today. The video was very low resolution. 
Then tried to take video outside of the ODK Collect, with the same camera
and the came out HD quality. 
Does ODK Collect set the camera at a lower resolution automatically? Is
that setting changeable so that I can get the full HD while taking video
inside a ODK Collect form?

Hi Bob,
Collect does not explicitly set video quality and I think that's why
Android defaults to low quality. It's a pretty easy fix -- the core
team just needs to add the EXTRA_VIDEO_QUALITY=1 intent extra to the
video widget, and maybe add a preference for folks who want might want
low quality video.

get updates. If this is an urgent feature, hire a developer from
