Geopoint Google map not working in the Collect app

It appears that the Geopoint Google map in the Collect app from Github is
broken. The map works using the Collect app from the Playstore, but not
from the Github one. Unless I'm missing something.

Please use the developer list
(https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/opendatakit-developers) for
code questions.

The Google Maps integration requires an API key that you have to add
to the code from the repo. Until you add that key, you won't be able
to load tiles.
