Getting started with odk collect + aggregate on google app engine

Hi,

I've created a google app engine, installed Aggregate, and created a
user of type "ODK" with a username and a password, to whom I have
granted the "data collector" capability.

However, when I try to retrieve the form list or submit a form with ODK
Collect (which I have set up with the server url and user and password)
I get 403 forbidden.

Also if I try to login with the browser, I get "Access Denied
You do not have permission for this operation."

What am I missing? What else is needed to give the user the permission
to submit data?

If grant me site admin to your site ( mitchellsundt@gmail.com ) and send me
the URL to it, then I'll take a look.
