I am new to ODK . i have configured local and google instance. but i
want to know the google instance details, whether it is totally free
or any data limit and what are the pricing details for after free
threshold.
please give me the details or if you give the links related to the
info iam very thankful.

the google instance is free up to a certain point (see
http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/billing.html for the exact
details). you can also go to
https://appengine.google.com/billing/history?&app_id=your_app_engine_id
and track your usage there.
i think the best approach for now is to start with the free instance
and pay attention to how your costs grow as you submit more forms. we
are making changes to aggregate to try to keep those costs down so
make sure to upgrade as we ship new versions.
