Hi! I'm from Guatemala and I'm using ODK in the National Coffee Association - ANACAFE - and we support small coffee producers through projects aimed at reducing poverty.
I worked as official of monitoring and evaluation at the Rural Chains Value Project, a part of the initiative feeding the future of USAID, collecting data from 5,000 small coffee producers in Huehuetenango and San Marcos, about land use, productivity, damage by pests and diseases and generating maps of the location of the plantations.
Currently I'm supporting the process for the elaboration of the baseline for the PROCAGICA (management program for coffee rust) at Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Dominican Republic.
ODK has served for an easy and efficient management of the large number of data generated in the field.
