I need to get skips such that if one selected from a list, you get
presented a set of different questions. e.g
A---1 B---6
A---2 B---7
A---3 B---8
A---4 B---9
A---5 B---10

The best way to get form design help is to read the form design guide
at http://opendatakit.org/help/form-design.
http://opendatakit.org/use/xlsform/ also has a pretty good sample form
that you can look at. Pay particular attention to "relevance" -- it's
how skip patterns are done.

I have followed the skips as said but for some strange reason they don't
error out and neither do they work. Are you able to have a look and see if
you can point out the issue?
