Help: Unfortunately, SureveyCTO Collect has stopped

Hi Member,

I am using a form developed in XLS Form format, and after uploading this to
our server (surepie) and loading it to my tablet, I get the error message
"Unfortunately, ODK Collect has stopped." and the app closes

I am not able to enter any data using the form. What could be problem in
the attached?

Hi Pamela,

I'm sorry that you're running into a problem. We have a support team here
at SurveyCTO standing by, ready to help you. You can open a support ticket
anytime at our website:

In this case, because it's a device-side crash, the first thing our support
team will request is that you send them a crash report. From the main
SurveyCTO Collect menu, press your device's menu button, choose Admin
Settings
, then press your menu button again and choose Send Crash Report.
As long as your device has an active Internet connection, that will send a
full report directly to our support team. Between that report and your
support ticket, we'll be able to get you squared away in no time.

[ Just one note: if you are not the designated support contact for your
subscription, then you may need to ask that person to open the support
ticket on your behalf. Depending on the subscription, we directly support
one or more individuals. ]
