I am seeking guidance on how to use ODK. I have previous experience using
ODK Collect as an enumerator; that was 3 years ago.
I am now preparing a baseline survey for a project and would like to use
ODK on smart phones and tablets to collect data.
I have downloaded ODK collect on my smart phone and tablet.And also
downloaded and unpacked ODK Briefcase. I programmed the questionnaire using
Excel and saved it an Excel worksheet.
Have failed to convert the questionnaire using ODK briefcase; secondly ODK
collect shows 'Error Getting Form List'.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Louis,
You need to convert the XLSForm to XML (Try
https://gum.co/xlsform-offline), upload it to an ODK Aggregate server
(https://opendatakit.org/use/aggregate), configure ODK Collect to
point to that server, and download the form that way.
https://opendatakit.org/help/training-guides has a number of guides
that will walk you through the process.
