How to add new ODK Tables

Hi everybody,

I am a newbie with ODK Aggregate and ODK Tables.

I tried to install ODK Aggregate 1.4.5 on my local Tomcat6 server successful without any error with address:

http://192.168.2.167:8080/ODKAggregate

I also used ODK Sync rev 128 to synchronized my Android device without any data.

But I got a problem in Manage Table Files tab, I couldn't add a new table, so I can not insert my data to Aggregate. I thought an error occurred.

I am looking for advises from ODK Community as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance.

In order for tables to appear within the "ODK Tables" tab of Aggregate, you
must have tables on your device and use ODK Sync to push data from your
device to Aggregate. The button used to do this within ODK Sync is called
"Reset App Server". This button will make Aggregate match the
configuration that is on your device. I would recommend going through the
tutorial at https://opendatakit.org/use/getting-started-rev126/. In
particular, you will be interested in the "Resetting the Application on the
Server" server.

Hi Clarise,

Thank you for your supports, it worked.
I read that page before but I didn't pay attention to these line and only used "Sync now" button. Of course, it removed my tables on my device.

Once again, thank you.
