How to build ODK Survey?

Hello, everyone.

I've tried to build ODK survey without any success.
I use the latest Android Studio, but it seems that the ODK Survey source
code is still written for Eclipse.

Please guide me on step-by-step instruction to build the code into APK.

The master and jan2015 tips are using Eclipse.

ยทยทยท -------------------- Active development is occurring on the 'development' branches.

And we are still changing how we're using Android Studio.

The development tip is NEVER guaranteed to build. And is most certainly
NOT stable. At the moment, for example, the latest JS in the app-designer
has not been copied into survey and/or tables, causing several bugs when
launching between surveys or between survey and tables.

Unless you are working closely with the core team, or have an extremely
high frustration threshold, you should avoid the 'development' tip.
