You need a self-hosted instance of ODK Aggregate.

I already Install Tomcat and ODK Aggregate " choose MYSQL".
Now how Configure for Network Access step by picture please
Also why if i type: ipconfig /all i don't see;
Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:
