I want to design a application which use odk build to create forms but at collect side i want to use my application which receives the form , in between i want to customize the UI of form according to my Application theme , i dont want to use the ODk Collect to display form .
is it possible ? How ?

You should take a look at the ODK 2.0 tools. They use HTML and CSS for
rendering the screens, and support extensive customization through your
specification of CSS styles.
ODK Survey is an HTML / Javascript / CSS equivalent to the XML XForms-based
ODK Collect.
ODK Tables is intended for situations where you want to list or manipulate
multiple records from a survey at the same time (e.g., plot sets of
results).
Otherwise, with the ODK 1.x tools, you should look at Enketo. It allows for
CSS styling.
