How to do "multiple_choice question" count_select for "relevent" function

I want to known that how to write code for "relevent action". This
attack file is the wrong function in yellow cell. If anyone do you known
,can you help me?.please.

count-selected function will give the number of selected options. If you
are looking to check the selected choices, then use (for example)
selected(${choicefood}, 'choice_a')
