How to download data with repeating group in excel

Hello,
My name is Dushime jean de Dieu from East Africa, Rwanda. and i am a university student in national university of Rwanda. i have created a long form in excel. and it was working well in tablets and smart phoen but the problem is this. when i download the data i missed data for repeating group.

I am asking my self what happened?
If anyone can help

How are you downloading the data? From a server? Using briefcase?

If you pull the data with Briefcase repeated groups are pulled into a separate CSV file.
The data in the repeat groups links to the core data via the Key / Parent-Key variables.

You can use odk briefcase you will get repeats group
