I would like to filter forms by submission date using the column "end"
which comes with time like "2015-05-07 14:50:33.0". eg: where end equals
"2015-05-07"

You can create and save a filter.
Try entering a date in the same format in which it is displayed.
This may take some testing, as the filtering is very simplistic. Also, if
the form is very large, some of the fields may not be able to be used in a
filter expression (the system will accept them, but then ignore the filter).
