I don't know how my GPS application is corrupted

Can you provide some more details about your issue? Are you using ODK Collect and you can't get a GPS fix when collecting coordinates? Phones have GPS hardware and system software that is separate from ODK Collect. If there is problem with the phone's GPS, there is not much ODK Collect can do.
