I'm working on preparing the collected data for data updating. Which we are going to use for panel data analysis (comparing collected data from 2 different years of data collection).
The previous collected data are already stored in the ODK Briefcase.
I have read some topics on pre-loading data data but it is limited only to some collected data and not as a whole of the collected data.
How can we pre-loads all the collected data to the mobile device so that the data collectors will just update/edit the previous collected data based on the current data of the household?

w.r.t. ODK 2.0, if it meets your needs, consider using it if you can
provide the technical support.
We are not announcing a 2.0 release candidate yet because we have
significant changes in the upcoming release (described in the other thread)
and do not want to provide backward-compatibility or migration
instructions, and we are aware of a known black-screen issue (we ourselves
are using the tools in field deployments now with specific groups to gain
usage feedback).
