How to put verify mark near the field

I am using intent callout to scan the QR code using another app. When i am done scanning the QR i want to put verify button or text near that field or below it so please help me in that

The barcode type question can scan QR codes and barcode scanning is built into Collect versions 1.7.0 and greater. What is your reason for using another app?

To scan the QR code and get the json data from that and auto populate the fields, we are using other app.
