How do I remove the hash # in the browser because it's affecting ODK Collect?
That's a normal component to the URL. What is the affect you're noticing?
Hi @Edwin_Mugendi , Here the "#" signifies the "Frontend" of the ODK Central. If it were "v1", then it would signify the API's version one. Like @danbjoseph already mentioned, it shouldn't be causing any issue @ ODK Collect's end! Are you trying to setup ODK Collect manually without relying on the automated QR code for configuration?
