Hi @Wellington_Fonseca! Sorry for the long delay. There isn't currently an easy way to permanently delete projects using the command line. However, we're hearing that permanent deletion (of projects as well as forms and submissions) would be a useful feature and plan to add that functionality. I also wanted to highlight this thread, which has more information about what's currently planned for Central.
