So as long as the forms are saved as draft, there is a perfect option to scan a QR code and test the forms. However when I publish the forms, then I just get the link but not a QR code which is useless for me because I find it hard to get the link in to the app somehow. Is there any possibility to get the QR Code also after it was published ?
In Central, configuration QR codes are provided for App Users, not for individual forms. This is because in many contexts, a single person needs access to several forms. There's an App User tab at the project level where you can create App Users and get their configuration QR codes. You can give those App Users access to forms from the Form Access tab. Here's the documentation for this process: https://docs.getodk.org/central-users/#managing-app-users
We are currently working on improvements to both the form draft page to make it more obvious that the draft QR code is temporary and to user management to make it easier to complete common tasks.
Got it solved, thanks! basically the way it already works is okay. I just didnt find the QR Code !
