# Ignore timezone for time widget

We have now made a bigger change to Collect that is now [available in beta](https://forum.getodk.org/t/odk-collect-v2026-4-beta-new-map-engine-reworked-form-download/58665). We're now always saving and displaying time in the HH:MM:SS format, never with a timezone, and never with milliseconds. This is more in line with the intended meaning of the time type and more consistent with Web Forms.
