Images not uploading

Hi All

I have a few agents collecting data and have noticed that some of the images
are not being uploaded. Is there anything that can be causing this and is it
possible to retrieve these images from the devices.

If the transmission failure is while in the field, you might have better
luck sending the files via WiFi in your location.

Or, you can manually upload the missing attachment via the Form Management
/ Submission Admin tab -- the "Manually Upload Submission Data" button.

In the worst case, you can send the form, and the problematic attachment
via e-mail to a central location with better internet connectivity where
someone can use that manual upload button to upload the attachment. You
only need to send the problematic attachment(s) and the submission file --
once the attachment is uploaded, the submission should disappear from the
Form Management / Submission Admin tab for that form and appear in the
Submissions tab for that form (it displays in the Submission Admin tab
until all its attachments are present, then is marked as completed, and
moved to the Submissions tab, where no further modifications are allowed).

Thanks for this. Seeing my agents are still in the field and not very bright can you tell me is the photos will still be on the device event after the respective form has been finalised and sent?

Thanks

Bashir,

Your agents are probably plenty bright.

All data (forms, multimedia, sent or unsent) is stored on the device unless
explicitly deleted by the user in the Delete Saved Form interface.
