In one of my surveys, we have a requirement to make atleast three attempts to visit a selected participant before the can be replaced. We should be able to record the results of each visit. If a survey is partially answered we should be able to note the result of this visit and pick up from where we end the next time the survey is done.
Any pointers as to how this can be done in ODK?
You can save as form as incomplete and return to it anytime.
If you want to track visits, I'd have a question at the beginning or
the end where you can enter the number of visits. Your enumerator can
use the Jump feature in Collect to jump to that question easily when
editing the form.
If you want to get more detail about visits, I would add three date
questions where the enumerator can set the date of each visit.
