Importing forms and submissions into another instance

Hey all,

I'd like to set up a new instance while keeping an existing one. Is there a way to export some of the projects, forms and submitted data to the new instance? The data is important, I would not mind recreating user accounts.

You could use a backup of ODK Central to then move your data to a new instance. Please read all information in the docs about the process before doing this so that you understand the limitations (for example, web form links will not be the same). https://docs.getodk.org/central-backup/

Thanks. Looks like this would be sufficient for my purposes.
