Was getting back to XLSForms after a long time and so was revisiting question types when I noticed this misalignment under the section https://docs.getodk.org/form-question-types/#grid-of-selects-on-the-same-screen.

The columns of the three marked rows have mistakenly shifted to the right. Is this the right place to report the same?

Thanks so much for reporting this, @neha_lk! It's been fixed at https://github.com/getodk/docs/pull/1390 and you should see the update on the docs site as soon as the change is reviewed.
