Dear comrades,
I have already put together an xls form and uploaded it to Server successfully. I have also already installed ODK collect on my acer Android phone .I have configured the ODK settings in the general setting by filling in URL, username and setting including my google account.
However when i go to Get blank on the main menu trying to upload the form, I get a message indicating server requires authentication.
Any one with any form help will be greatly appreciated.

If the phone is asking for credentials, then your server requires
them. Go to the Site Admin tab of the ODK Aggregate server and
configure the appropriate permissions.
