Hi, dear all.  
Please, is there a way to create a checking table (attached file: empty cells to check) into odk collect form?

Hi @DAGBEMAMBOU. This kind of table is only possible with selections. See [the documentation](https://docs.opendatakit.org/form-question-types/#grouping-multiple-widgets-on-the-same-screen). I realize it's not entirely clear how this relates to your example so you may like [this example](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CWjrWnneTAl1Gs8-BaT-VwJV8TgrbKlYXPMK5HjGVrU/edit#gid=0). I've filed an issue to improve the documentation at [https://github.com/opendatakit/docs/issues/1195](https://github.com/opendatakit/docs/issues/1195).

I would really like to see this expanded to text or number question types as described at [Form design: grid of text or numeric input](https://forum.getodk.org/t/form-design-grid-of-text-or-numeric-input/13398). If you have interest in that feature, please describe your use case in that thread.
