If you use localised language, please, also add the language code in brackets, e.g. :: English (en). See https://docs.getodk.org/form-language/#switching-languages .

It seems to have worked, just removing all types of languages from the columns leaving it exactly like this: [image]

If think if your label column is localized (that is, it is label::English) then you'll need to localize your image column as well (that is, so it's image::English). See this post for more details:
