If think if your label column is localized (that is, it is label::English) then you'll need to localize your image column as well (that is, so it's image::English). See this post for more details:

When testing this I had issues with media displaying correctly when there are language options in the survey if the media column(s) are not also localized. If you remove the ::English you should be fine. Or you can add a media column for each language. See below.
