Installing an App Engine Instance

I am following http://opendatakit.org/use/aggregate/ instruction to install
an App Engine Instance. At step #3 "Download ODK Aggregate vN.N.Nhttp://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/downloads/list,
unzip and run it...", can someone tell me how to run it. I opened
"ODKAggregateDeploy0.9.8.1" folder and don't know what to do. Thanks,
Wen

These instructions are for 1.x I'll update the vN.N.N to v1.N.N.

...updated -- download the ODK Aggregate v1.2.0 file appropriate for your
operating system, and then these instructions will make more sense:

Download ODK Aggregate
v1.N.Nhttp://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/downloads/list.
Select the latest Featured release for your operating system. These
downloads are wizard-based installers for the various operating systems. If
you are running OSX, you must unzip the downloaded file before running the
installer within it. Consider using a non-Featured release during forms
development (to help us identify issues prior to our production release).

Thanks Mitch, I had uploaded the configured ODK appregate to APp Engine.
I am now at the 'Using the Application' on
http://opendatakit.org/use/aggregate/.
For " you need to create an ODK username and password and grant it Data
Collector
privileges. Do this on the Site Admin / Permissions tab",
where do I find the Site Admin/Permissions tab?
Thanks,
Wen

Log onto your ODK Aggregate instance using the Google e-mail address that
you specified during the install. There will be a "Site Admin" tab with a
"Permissions" section.
