Is there a simple guide for setting up ODK Aggregate on Azure Cloud service?

Hi @Saleh! We just added instructions for installing Aggregate on Azure Cloud at https://docs.opendatakit.org/aggregate-azure. Would you be willing to read through and see if it works for you?
