A user of a form we developed would like to locally install the Aggregate
VM with the form we provide already pre-loaded. I have looked in the Group
Discussions here and in the Developer page, but do not see an alternative
to performing a local installation of the Aggregate VM and then following
the Add New Form Option in the Form Management tab when you connect to
Aggregate.
How can one go about doing pursuing this development?
If this is a one time operation, you could set up the form in the VM,
then compress the VM and give that to the user. If you need to
automate this (or make it foolproof), you'll have to write some script
on the VM that uploads a blank form using the Briefcase API
(https://github.com/opendatakit/opendatakit/wiki/Briefcase-Aggregate-API)
on first boot.
The former, you can do yourself. The latter, you'll need a developer.
