Integrate Cloud Calling with ODK

I want to know if there’s a way to integrate cloud calling with ODK and if someone has done this before.

Basically, looking for a way to do something exactly like this Exotel-SurveyCTO but using ODK. I am using ODK Collect set up on ODK Central.

Any and all tips are welcome! Thanks

That is a bit difficult as it requires an external telephony service.

You best bet would be probably to set something up with XMPP and the service or software from Cheogram, see for example: https://jmp.chat/

I will be using Exotel for the telephony service https://exotel.com/. But I'm not quite sure on how to integrate it with ODK.

There is nothing like that in our repository that you could use out of the box.
