Is aggregate server down?

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble logging onto the aggregate server. It is not likely that
my quotas have been exceeded as I haven't logged on in quite a while. Also,
my google wallet account was just charged.

Any ideas ?

The first thing to check is the appengine logs.
http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/wiki/AppEngineTroubleshooting

If the log shows an error with something about Zip or Unzip failing during
the time period when the app was failing, then it is a known instability
with Google infrastructure and is transient.

You should report this to Google (but don't expect any response).

Otherwise, check the billing to make sure you are not over quota on
anything (e.g., database storage). This will show in red.

If all looks well, invite me to be a developer and I'll take a look at the
logs.

Hi Mitch,

The error I got is an error warning.

2012-12-06 13:20:03.811 https://soilresourcehaiti.appspot.com/Aggregate.html

com.google.appengine.api.datastore.Dat

You are already a developer on my account SOILRe.SourceHaiti@gmail.com.

Thanks so much!!

If anyone experiences an outage (500 errors) on their AppEngine instance
and the AppEngine Logs show this:

··· ------------------------------ 2012-12-06 10:21:36.945 Uncaught exception from servlet

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class
com.google.appengine.api.datastore.DatastoreAttributes

...

Please add your AppId to this issue:
http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/detail?id=8511
And "Star" the issue to "vote for it".

To confirm that your app has this problem, you need to visit the Logs of
your app via the application dashboard accessible through
https://appengine.google.com and verify that you have a Critical (red 'C')
log line looking like the above.

Please do not update this issue with random errors. Only update the issue
with errors that you have confirmed are as describe above.

This is a Google AppEngine problem (not something the ODK team can do
anything about).

Yes, three critical red Cs are present on the logs. I reported my problem
in the thread you recommended. Anything else I can do for now?

Thanks again.
