Issue of data loss after collection of data from field

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
The data was entered by the field investigators but that appears to be null in the excel sheet downloaded using ODK.

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
Please help us retrieve the data of missing cases
