We’ve encountered an issue with our form submissions. As shown in the attached screenshot, all new entries submitted through our forms are currently being stored under the “Testing” section instead of the “Submissions” section.
Because of this behavior:

We are unable to edit or delete any of the submitted entries.

The data is not accessible for integration with Power BI or other analytical tools.
This issue started after we modified the form links. When we try to upload or publish the forms as non-testing drafts, the data still ends up in the “Testing” area.
Could you please clarify why this happens and what steps we should follow to ensure that new entries are stored correctly under “Submissions”?
