Tumaini,

There have been some issues but most of them have been resolved. If
you could get a log capture of the error and file an issue on our
website that will help us to track down the error. Also please attach
the form to the issue.

On the FAQ website([http://opendatakit.org/help/faq/](http://opendatakit.org/help/faq/)) there is
information on "How do I get a stack trace or log after an Android
"Force Close"?".

Cheers,
Waylon
