Layout: input in the same line with label

Hi,

I have a field-list of questions with type integer. About 10 on one page. Because the input line is under the label, it is not possible to see all the lines at once and one answer may depend on the other. Is there an appearance I could use to put the input field next to the label?

In ODK Collect, no. You could do this with ODK 2.0 tools
(https://opendatakit.org/use/2_0_tools/), but they are not ready for
production.
