Listing/viewing/editing saved forms by distinguishable names (field values)

Hi all,

Problem/question: Is there a way to list unsent and unfinished saved forms by some meaningful field values in ODK Build or ODK Briefcase so that I can select the form to edit?

Background: I'm using ODK to collect butterfly/moth data. I often need to re-add/modify some data in already saved forms (opened, partially filled in, saved for later editing and submission). E.g. I enter the data of my light traps (location, photo etc) but I enter the catch (species list) later. When listing the saved forms in ODK collect, I can only see the same form name (naturally, because I use the same form) and the date it was saved >> I cannot distinguish among the several unfinished and unsent forms saved, without opening them and checking some already entered field values.

You can name your submission based upon a combination of fields in your
survey. See "Naming your Submission" at the top of:

Thanks, my problem is now solved!
(NB: the help reference does not give an example for direct xml editing as
claimed but for editing in xls >> i remade my form in xlsx.)
