Location (coordinates)

Hello, we are organization and we use the ODK Xlsform as a data collection tool, we facing many problems on taking the location (coordinates), can you help me to figure out where is the problem as its not in one phone its in most of them.

Hi there,

GPS works best when you have a clear view of the sky.

If you are having problems, go outside where you have a clear view of
the sky and try something like

to make sure your GPS is working.

The problem could also be the ODK standard coordinates system, where
numbers are separated by commas (,) instead of points (.)
I suggest you to change it to US-UK system by editing the catalina.sh file
in server bin folder.
