I’m part of a small consortium of international development consultants shortlisted for a non-profit project that involves building a mobile surveying platform with geo-mapping capabilities, piloting some mobile surveys with users in Latin America (on both feature phones and smartphones) about their experiences with the sponsoring development agency, and then pulling the data into a dashboard that displays, aggregates and geomaps it all. (We'll likely do the dashboard display via Tableau.) We’re looking for an expert ODK developer who could work collaboratively with our team to build the surveying platform to our specifications. It's not essential that the developer be Spanish speaking (we have many people on the team who could translate), but it would definitely be a bonus.
