When I click on UPLOADAGGREGATETOUPENGINE email login window opens but on
writing email and password the above error appears. I have downloaded and
installed Java JRE for windows 7 64bit but still the error pops up

After setting the JAVA_HOME variable, I would recommend logging out and
logging back in.
If you don not see a JAVA_HOME variable, add one.
JAVA_HOME should be the full path for the directory that contains the bin
directory and README.html (and other files). E.g., for me, it is
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_71
