Looping through records in repeat group

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.

I have a survey scenario where ODK collect will have data of individuals within respective households preloaded as media files. I need a way in which I get to a household then loop through members while asking if they are still members of the household and tag those that have outmigrated accordingly. Is it possible to manipulate the repeat group feature and pulldata function to operate in this manner in the XLS form design? if so, then how?
