Main and sub menu

hello in the excel sheet i have main option then sub depends up on the first choice , for example

I have 4 Districts

district BentJbeil
district Nabatieh
district Hasbaya
district Jezzine

and i have multiple village , under each district

vill_bent
village1
village2

Vill_nab
Village 1
Village 2
what i want is that , when BentJbeil or NAbatieh District is selected the next questions will go automatically to the specified village that comes under that Distrcit.

And please note that you cannot have the two prompts on the same page --
they have to be on different pages.
